The Law of Thelema can only be realized through the personal efforts of each individual. Nonetheless, many aspirants to the Great Work have a genuine need for information, guidance and sharing.

The OTO is open to any man or woman of legal age and of good reputation, without racial, religious, political or physical disability discrimination.
The Order does not proselytize or actively recruit new members but those who aspire with modesty and sincerity will be welcome in the OTO.

The structure of the OTO is based on a series of initiatory degrees, in which the individual is educated through allegory and symbol about the profound mysteries of existence, assisting him in discovering his true nature.
